Sunset/2004 I can't swim,but I like the sea.
This painting is somewhere just I pictured in my mind.
My friend who is a surfer told me,"If you saw scene from the sea,every perspective of sea gonna chenge."
I covinced what he said,even though I frightened water and the sea after all.
Just see,hear and feel it,I can satisfy.
わたしは泳げないけど、海はすき。
この絵はどこかの海をただおもい描いて描いた。
サーファーの友達が言うには、もし海からの景色を見たら違う絵が描けるよ。って。
海を愛してる彼の言葉に納得したけど、やっぱり水は怖い。
ただ眺めて、聴いて、感じる。
それだけでいいや。
